These terms govern your use of KŌINIgallery, operated by KOINI Global, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. By using the app or gallery.koini.io you agree to them.
KŌINIgallery is a read-only viewer of public blockchain data. It displays NFTs associated with public addresses you choose to watch. It is not a wallet, exchange, broker, marketplace or custodian; it cannot hold, move, buy, sell or list any asset, and it never requests private keys, seed phrases or signatures.
Everything shown — ownership, metadata, media, optional floor figures — is derived from public blockchains and third-party data providers, presented for information. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and not a valuation. Alerts are best-effort notifications, not a security guarantee; do not rely on them as your only safeguard.
You may watch any public address, label it, and curate galleries. You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to probe or disrupt it, no scraping at abusive rates, no using shared galleries to harass, defame or dox anyone, and no unlawful use. We may rate-limit, suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
NFT media and metadata belong to their respective creators and rights-holders. Displaying a piece in your gallery does not transfer any rights to you or to us. If you order a physical print, you must hold the rights to reproduce that artwork; you confirm this by attestation at checkout and accept responsibility for your order. Paid plans (Alerts, SI) are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play and governed by their terms; manage or cancel them there. Prices are shown in the app. Features depend on your plan and may evolve; call-based alerts are subject to fair-use minute pools shown in the app.
Print orders are fulfilled with KOINIframed through third-party print partners and paid at checkout. Refunds for defective or damaged prints are handled by support; custom prints are otherwise non-returnable where permitted by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOINI Global, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of assets, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 0 if you paid nothing.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
