DMCA & Copyright Policy

KOINI Global, LLC · Effective October 22, 2026

KŌINIgallery displays NFT media from public blockchains and lets users order physical prints after attesting that they hold reproduction rights. We respect copyright and respond to proper notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Filing an infringement notice

If you believe content available through KŌINIgallery — including a shared gallery or a print listing — infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent containing:

Designated agent

What we do on receipt

We will review valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material (including disabling shared gallery links and blocking the piece from print ordering), notify the affected user, and document the notice.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was mistaken, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district in which we may be found, if outside the United States). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
