Privacy Policy

KŌINIgallery ("the app") is a read-only viewer for NFTs held at public blockchain addresses, operated by KOINI Global, LLC ("we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account data. If you sign in: your email address and a user ID. Sign-in is optional — the app works without an account, with your address list stored only on your device.
• Watched addresses and preferences. The public blockchain addresses you add, the labels you give them, favorites, hidden items, curated galleries, alert settings and app preferences. Blockchain addresses are public data; your labels are private to you.
• Alert data. If you enable alerts: push notification tokens, and — if you enable phone-call alerts — the phone number you provide for calls.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous or account-linked app interaction events (screens viewed, features used) and crash reports, used to improve the app. Watched addresses are not included in analytics events.
• Print attestations. If you order a print, a record of your attestation and the piece reference.

What we never collect

Private keys, seed phrases, or signatures — the app has no way to request or store them. No contacts, no location, no tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and no advertising identifiers.

How we use data

To show your gallery, sync it across your devices, deliver the alerts you enable, process subscriptions, fulfil print orders, provide support, and improve the app. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service: cloud hosting and database (Cloudflare, Supabase), blockchain data providers that receive only public addresses (Alchemy, Helius), push delivery (Expo), subscription management (RevenueCat; purchases themselves are processed by Apple or Google), telephone calls for alerts (Twilio and a voice provider), analytics and crash reporting (PostHog, Sentry), and print fulfilment partners for orders you place. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account in the app (You → Settings → Delete account) and your addresses, labels, favorites, galleries, alert settings and push tokens are deleted from our servers. Records we must keep (for example print-order attestations) are retained as required by law. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your app store.

Public galleries

If you set a curated gallery to public or share its link, its contents are visible to anyone with the link. Your addresses are hidden on shared galleries unless you explicitly turn "Show addresses" on. You can revoke a link at any time.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Email support@koini.io and we will respond.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
