Is this a wallet?
No. KŌINIgallery is a read-only viewer. It never asks for private keys, seed phrases or transaction signatures, and it cannot move, sell or list anything. You add public addresses; the app shows the art they hold.
Whose addresses can I watch?
Any public blockchain address — your own, a friend's, a collector you follow. Blockchain data is public; the app simply reads it.
A big wallet is taking a long time to load.
First scans of very large wallets can take a while. The gallery streams in as it loads, and it's instant after the first scan. Try the demo address to see the app at full speed.
An image isn't showing.
Some NFT media is hosted on services that disappear. We retry broken media automatically for days and show a quiet placeholder meanwhile — never a broken-image icon.
Something I own was marked as spam.
Open You → Filtered, find the piece, and tap Restore. Its collection won't be filtered for you again.
How do alerts work?
An art alarm fires when a piece leaves a watched address — push on all plans for your chosen address (all addresses on paid plans), and paid plans can add a phone call. A dust alert (something arrived) is push-only and off by default. Solana alerts check every 5 minutes; other chains are near-instant.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are standard in-app purchases: manage them in your device's app store (App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Settings → Delete account. That removes your addresses, labels, favorites, galleries and alert settings from our servers.
